TOGETHER
Together is something that strongly resonates with me this year. We have experienced God’s goodness so much these past 5 years on mission and especially this year, 2022 and it’s already flowing over into 2023 with a couple of big announcements we can not wait to share with you! A verse that hit me in a recent teaching by Chuck Mingo , teaching pastor at Crossroads Church is Colossians 1:15-17. Not your typical Christmas verse but definitely points to the Christmas Story and the magnitude of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
15The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
Colossians 1:15-17
Even though we are halfway around the world from many of you we miss and we call family, God has given us family right here in Kagoshima, Japan! And we got the opportunity to celebrate the family that God has orchestrated through us and for us at our Christmas Celebration last Saturday, December 17th. AND we invited others to join our family celebration with the hope of adding to our family in Christ Jesus.
So this Christmas, for Team Adams, we are grateful and celebrate the “TOGETHERNESS” we have with each of you in Christ Jesus!
